Put the 1, very finely chopped garlic clove, 1/2, green part only, thinly sliced spring onion, small bunch, thinly sliced coriander, 1 tsp chilli powder, 0.5 tsp granulated sugar, 0.5 tsp MSG(optional), and 1 tsp sesame seeds into a bowl and stir to combine.
